Hi, I'm Stacie. Years ago, I found myself frustrated by the breakfast options available for my children. As a mom navigating food allergies and dietary restrictions, I felt like there was always a tradeoff between ingredients I felt good about serving and foods my kids actually wanted to eat. So I started making waffles in my own kitchen using simple ingredients to create the kind of breakfast my family loved.

My goal was never to create "special diet" food or to start a company. I wanted to make food that everyone at the table would enjoy. Too often, allergy-friendly products felt like something families settled for rather than truly loved. I set out to create waffles my children would actually ask for, not just eat because they fit a dietary need. Before long, friends and neighbors were asking for them too, and eventually I started bringing them to local farmers' markets. When people kept coming back week after week for more, I realized this might be something worth sharing with even more families.

Today, Superb Bakehouse waffles can be found in stores across the country, but the reason behind them hasn't changed. We still make our waffles with simple ingredients like cage-free whole eggs, wholesome grains, and real fruit because that's how they started in my Columbus kitchen all those years ago. What began as a way to make breakfast a little easier for my own family has grown into something much bigger, and I'm grateful for every family that has welcomed Superb Bakehouse into their homes.
