SUPERB PROCESS

Each morning, our team begins making batter the same way you might in your own kitchen. Blueberries are measured by hand, flour is carefully weighed, and fresh eggs are cracked one by one. As our batter is mixed, the warm aromas of cinnamon, vanilla, and almond drift through our Columbus, OH kitchen, filling the air with the kind of smell that makes you wish breakfast could last all day.

Then comes our favorite part. The batter is poured into custom-formed Belgian waffle irons, where it transforms into golden waffles with crisp edges, fluffy centers, and the signature shape that makes them unmistakably Superb. One by one, our team carefully lifts each waffle from the iron as it finishes baking, still warm and fragrant, before flash freezing it to lock in that fresh-from-the-iron goodness.

Making our own waffles matters to us. By choosing not to use a co-packer, we stay connected to every step of the process and every waffle we make. We notice the little things: the perfectly placed blueberry, the golden waffle grid, and the crisp edge that's just right. It's a slower, more hands-on way of doing things, but we believe great food is worth the extra care.

At the end of the day, we're not just making waffles. We're carrying forward the same attention to detail, pride, and motherly touch that inspired the very first batch in Stacie's home nearly a decade ago.
